We may not be able to deliver to some international regions due to shipping restrictions.
Once an order leaves our shop, you will receive a tracking number which you can use to track your order. A physical street address and signature are required upon delivery. Couriers do not deliver to post-office boxes.
Goods will be shipped on regular working days, Monday to Fridays. Delivery times may be a little longer during sales and public holidays. Due to changing export policies there may be delays with shipments, which are out of our control. Please be aware of this as we cannot guarantee a timely shipment.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms & conditions of shoposc.ca. Once we have received your order, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming your order. In the event of incorrect stock levels, we reserve the right not to deliver, even though we have received the order. Should we be unable to deliver in accordance with the order terms in the confirmation, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.

Promotion codes are limited to one use per customer and cannot be combined with other offers, if not otherwise explicitly stated. Promotion codes and offers are only valid within the explicitly set time or as far as we have stock and not applicable to previously placed orders.
International orders may be subject to custom/duty/brokerage/taxes levied by the importing country. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you understand this and that you are responsible for any such charges. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for current rates.
Returns and exchanges can be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. All sale and discounted items, including any promo codes used are considered final sale and are ineligible to be returned or exchanged. All charges incurred as the result of an exchange or return (including shipping, duties and taxes) are customer’s responsibility.
Items which have received free shipping, may be returned for full refund minus our shipping costs (Canada $30, USA $65, International $80), which will be deducted from the refund.
A return authorization (RA) number is required for an exchange or return. Please contact us at email@example.com for a RA number prior sending item back for an exchange or return.
All returns and exchanges must be in original resalable condition (unwashed & unworn) with the original tags and packaging intact.
Returns will be refunded by the original method of payment upon inspection and approval. Return shipment may send via postal service (Canada Post, EMS, Royal Mail, etc.) or courier service (DHL, FedEx, UPS, Purolator). Shipping with these methods may incur brokerage fees, which will be deducted from the credit/refund you will receive. All returned items must be declared as “Warranty Repair/Return on Canadian Goods” and under a $1 CAD value in the customs section of return shipping label. Returns that are not properly declared will incur additional fees. We advise using a tracking service for returns as we are not responsible for any damaged or lost returns. Return shipping must be done within 30 business days from the date of purchase. Returns arriving at our store late shall not be accepted.
In case of exchange, items may only be exchanged for other regular priced items available at shoposc.ca. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, which include the return shipping of product back to our store and the re-shipping fee of the exchanged item.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
You (the customer) abide by and understand that shoposc.ca is not liable for any direct or indirect damages done by any of the services we provide. You also accept that shoposc.ca does not assume any responsibility for lost packages. All orders made through shoposc.ca are purchased at your own risk. Shoposc.ca will provide you with a tracking number and contact information for the shipping company as needed. If there has not been any tracking information provided, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. Once you have been provided the tracking, it is your responsibility to coordinate and contact the shipping company be it DHL, UPS or Canada Post. Failure to provide an email address or contact phone number will lessen your chances of being contacted by the courier company. By ordering through shoposc.ca, you abide by all of these conditions.
The Limited Lifetime Guarantee covers the workmanship of any OSC or OSC Cross products. This includes, but is not limited to, zippers, clasps, stitching, and buttons. Please note that the Limited Lifetime Guarantee does not apply to any defects caused as a result of misuse, accidental circumstances or long-term wear.

In the case of repairs related to normal wear-and-tear or other mishaps (after all, life happens) outside our Limited Lifetime Guarantee, we’d be happy to perform any possible repairs at a reasonable fee.
